HiChat is an APP designed for mobile phones aiming at personal application, by which all the crew members on the ship can be connected with the maritime satellite broadband equipment via WIFI wireless network to realize the communication of multiple information forms like text, voice, video and picture with the shore by using their own mobile phones.
